Getting here

There is timed parking on the street (1P) out of the salon on Chapel Road.
There is also up to (4P) parking at the Marion Street Carpark, about a 2-minute walk from the salon.
Bankstown Train Station is about a 2 min walk away.

The salon is located on the 1st floor above the Professional Real estate.

Our Policies

  • Cancellations

    We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment for free up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

    For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the service price.

    You will be charged 50% for late cancellations or no-shows for not showing up.

  • Deposits

    Deposits are required for all appointments booked by new clients.

    Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Lash Extension Satisfaction

    If you're not satisfied with your lash extensions or experience unexpected lash fall-out, contact us within 3 days of your appointment for a free touch-up.

    If you don't contact us within this timeframe, your next appointment will be charged as a normal infill.

New Clients with Existing Lash Extensions

If you are a new client with existing lash extensions from another salon, you are required to book a new set along with a lash extension removal. We cannot guarantee the quality or safety of extensions applied by other salons, so we prefer to remove them and start fresh to ensure the best results.

Gift Cards

Treat your loved ones to the perfect gift with our Whip-Lash Bankstown gift cards, available for purchase both online and in-store. Our gift cards can be used for any of our services and can be purchased for any dollar amount starting from $50. They are valid for 3 years, giving the recipient plenty of time to enjoy their gift.
